Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows the client and clinician to focus on a variety of concerns or areas of life to better understand oneself and create positive change.  Our clinicians bring an array of specialized abilities and skills that include approaches such as person-centered, solution-focused, internal family systems, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and more.  Clinicians work with individuals to support progress in and recovery from a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

Life Coaching

Coaching brings a solution-focused approach for individuals seeking specific outcomes and alternative methods for achieving them.  Several of our providers offer life coaching as an alternative to therapy to help individuals make progress and achieve great things in life! Several of our providers offer a range of life coaching services including integrative medicine for mental health to assist you in identifying and resolving root causes of everyday life distress for long-term progress.  The integrative medicine approach includes food-as-medicine, complementary supplementation, and behavior/mindset modification exercises. Coaching services are self-pay only and are an effective approach to support a variety of lifestyle concerns including: 

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Autoimmune dysfunction

  • Weight management 

  • Health & fitness goals

  • Childhood & adolescent behavior and mood issues

  • Goal setting

  • Career growth & development

Group Therapy

Group therapy is an effective opportunity to supplement and support individual therapy, as well as address commonly experienced difficulties with a community approach. Group allows individuals to participate in a safe, structured, therapist-lead environment. Groups are often geared toward specific topics of interest or particular struggles experienced by many individuals. Groups help individuals develop self-awareness, build connections, and practice strategies to develop skills for real-world improvements. Learn more here.

Couples & Family Counseling

Couples and/or Family counseling can be an effective way to establish and develop strategies for improved communication, healing and growth within relationships. Several of our providers offer couples and/or family counseling. It is most common to seek family/couples counseling with a new therapist if you are already currently seeing a therapist for individual therapy.
